S&P Global Ratings and S&P Global Market Intelligence are pleased to announce the agenda for their 2019 Credit Quality & Ratings in East Africa Conference. The event will be held at the Radisson Blu Upper Hill, Nairobi on Wednesday, 2nd October from 9.00am (registration from 8.00am) until 1.00pm, followed by a networking buffet lunch.

The conference will feature speakers and panelists from S&P Global Ratings as well as stakeholders representing Kenya’s capital markets and financial institutions. Commenting on this year’s S&P Global conference in Nairobi, the Managing Director and Regional Manager for Africa of S&P Global Ratings, Konrad Reuss, said, “The level of enthusiasm and interest we have received for our ratings conference in Nairobi over recent years is very exciting and we look forward to hosting this flagship ratings conferences again this year in Nairobi. We look forward to bringing together global and regional credit and ratings experts, business and thought leaders, investors and other stakeholders within East African capital markets, for a robust discussion of credit and economic issues facing Kenya and East Africa in particular and the African continent in general”.
